The location was peaceful, just a short stroll away from Frilford Heath Golf Club. Everything was very good, nonetheless a few employees were poorly trained. The hotel met requests, I would stay here again.

Ther staff were exceptionally welcoming and the hotel was very very comfortable. As a lone resident it felt safe and secure and I would have liked to stay more nights. I will definately stay there again. I stay because ii have business in drayton and it is very convenient. I must be satisfied and wish to pass that onto others or I wouldn't have bothered to answer your text
For me everything was excellent.

There was nothing we could fault at the hotel. The staff were excellent; courteous and attentive at all times without being too effusive. The food was fabulous; freshly cooked and very reasonably priced and the portions generous. Our room was spacious and quiet and had a well- proportioned bathroom. All in all, excellent value for money.
If I was to be very picky, I would say that the bathroom could do with an upgrade. However, it was perfectly adequate.

helpful and ttentive staff. We were there for a family wedding just down the road. Inevitably we got up late the next day but they still found us a very good breakfast late in the morning
The food was not up to expectations. the menu tried to do too much and they ran out of both our initial preferred options at dinner.

We had a lovely relaxing break. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Food was very good value and good selection. Lovely cosy open fire in the bar. Very comfortable bed, slept really well. Easy driving distance for visiting Oxford.

The location, the look from outside and additional parking spots.
We did not receive the second set of towels, food - big portion but tasteless.

Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Food was reasonable.
Rooms need cheering up. The walls were all bear and a few prints/paintings would help. The whole place needs to be modernised.Security was lax. One day we got back to our ground floor room and the window was left open. Anybody could have climbed in. We had left valuables in the room.

Very friendly staff, serving a very nice pint of beer and excellent food. Rooms are tidy and clean. Have tried other establishments in the area out of curiosity, but find the Dog House unbeatable for both value for money and more importantly - service.

The friendly helpful staff. Excellent breakfasts. Evening meal good value. Location near to Oxford. Large comfy bed.
The dreadful shower in the bathroom of room 19. Thslight smell in the bathroom. The rather old/tired decor in the bedroom areas and corridors up stairs.

The staff were very friendly & welcoming. We took our dog on the trip & he was allowed in the room, bar area & beer garden. There was also a nice big field behind the pub where we could walk him. The food was excellent & atmosphere very relaxing.
